Overview

Since its establishment in 1905, BONETTI Company is serving the Power industry delivering valves for fossil and geothermal power plants. In all world markets is well known and appreciated the BONT series of high pressure forged valves, manufactured from ¼" up to 4” ASME Class from 600 up to 4500. Those valves, thanks to continuous improvement in design and manufacturing, still now are, the “state-of-the-art” in terms of technology, quality, reliability and trouble-free life for such kind of application.

In 1984, with the merging of CMI Pasquini Company into BONETTI, the range of Power industry valves has been widened introducing CMI series of cast gate, globe and check valves, in large sizes up to 48”. This range has been recently improved, adding the forged version of valves, particularly appreciated by Customers when alloys like ASTM A182 F91 or similar are required.

Special valves are also designed and produced to satisfy peculiar application in Power industry, like Pre-heater automatic by-pass system valves, valves for continuous or discontinuous drain and blow-down, the patented HTB and HTL high pressure & high temperature ball valves (whose application is parlticularly appreciated in geothermal power plants), and the ASME Class 800 piston valves.

Beside the valves, also water/steam level indicators are designed and manufactured by BONETTI, together with their dedicated isolation valves, since more than 90 years. Hundreds of Bonetti’s bi-colour “port-hole” level gauges, as well as high pressure magnetic level gauges are installed to monitor Power station boiler drums all over the world. To those procucts we have recently added the new resistive probe electronic level gauge, representing the “state-of-the-art” of such type of level indicator.
