Now the magnetic indicating scale of BONETTI's magnetic level gauges has a new Polycarbonate protective shield.   This solution, fitted as standard on level gauges suitable for process fluids up to 200 °C (indicating scale having red & white rollers) avoids some problems of previous glass shields, that sometimes could be broken during transportation, installation or maintenance operations.The new shields have been tested on plant at high temperature as well as in UV and climatic chambers for ageing, and demonstrate their quality having long time life without loosing their transparency and mechanical properties. The magnetic roller scales for very high temperature applications (having black & white rollers in special material), suitable for process fluids over 200 °C, will continue to be equipped with glass shields. |
