People & Factories Between 1968 and 1969 the Cesare Bonetti Company built its actual Main Factory at Garbagnate Milanese, located 15 km northwest of Milano, in one of the most industrialized areas of northern Italy. This site is very close to main highways, railways, and the Milano Airports (Linate & Malpensa). It is an easy location to reach coming from any direction. The industrial site owned by the company is approx. 66,000 m², with 21,700 m² under roof for the industrial plant and an additional 4,200 m² for commercial, administrative and general services buildings. It is here that 10 graduate mechanical engineers, 90 sales, quality and administrative employees and more than 100 skilled technicians cooperate to serve our worldwide customers on a daily basis. We employ the latest machinery (CNC CAD/CAM controlled), together with up-to-date testing equipment, and controls, (including Spectrograph for chemical analysis, Helium Leak detection testing, machinery for Material Stress Analysis, flow test loops for valve and liquid level indicator testing under actual pressure and temperature conditions, Cv measurement loop, Fire Safe testing, etc.) The R & D and Technical departments undertake project using the very latest and up-to-date calculation and engineering drawing systems. The production, administration, and sales departments manage the work using integrated software programs. The company also holds periodic refresher courses for its staff due to the fact that our goals and performance targets require continuous improvements and achievements by our human resources. All of our products, standard or customized, are certified and guaranteed to be in strict accordance with both the project's and the customer's specifications.
The favourable reception of Cesare Bonetti's products by German customers convinced us to increase our efforts in this country. More and more, our products have been readily accepted in Germany for their quality, reliability, and performance. As a result, in 1984, we established our German subsidiary company "BONETTI ARMATUREN GmbH & Co. KG", to serve this increasing and important market. Located in Linburg an der Lahn, a city 50 km north west of Frankfurt, Germany, the new factory building (approx 1,200 m² roofed on 3,000 m² site). Here we stock and customize products according specific customers’ requirements, resulting in faster and better response to our market's needs and providing faster after-sales service. We have also established a trade company, BONETTI AUSTRALIA Pty Ltd, located in Mornington- Victoria, to assist us in developing our product marketing in Australia and all Far East countries. In year 2004, we have established a new company in China. BONETTI (Suzhou) Level Gauges & Valves Co., Ltd, located in Jangsu Province, is a company 100% owned by Cesare Bonetti S.p.A., established in this new, fast-growing market to be closer and to better assist all our old and new Customers having their engineering, manufacturing or productive plants in the Far East regions.
